• Your source code: registered in your company's name.
• Direct contact: you work with the people who write the code, not through a sales layer.
• Transparent stages: a working build to try at the end of every stage.
• An in-house team in Hanoi: no subcontracting.

• Source code: a GitHub or GitLab repository in your company's name.
• Domain and database: transferred to your company's accounts.
• Operating documentation: an administration handbook, delivered at acceptance.
• Trial run and acceptance: at the end of each stage.
• Staff training: 3 to 5 hands-on sessions.
• Warranty: for life, counted from the date of acceptance.

The project team is 3 to 5 people, fixed from start to finish: one coordinator, two to three engineers, and one tester or designer. Your daily contacts are the coordinator and the engineer writing the code. The size suits companies of 10 to 50 people that need a system of their own.

• Code in your repository: the change history is on your side, so whoever takes over can read it.
• Code review before merging: each change passes review and testing, in two-week iterations.
• Handover documents: architecture, database, deployment guide and an administration handbook.
• Mainstream technology: Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL and React Native, so a successor is easy to find.
• A technical handover session: free, for your own team or the company taking over.
• Notes kept in the repository: how to run, how to deploy and lessons from incidents are written down, not held in one person's memory.
