ALODEV runs its own operations on ALODEV AIO, a system we built for attendance, task assignment, approvals, leave, payroll, notifications, chat and documents. It has a Go backend with about 500 API routes, a native iPhone app written in SwiftUI and an Android app written in Kotlin. What we learn running it every day goes into the systems we build for clients.

Yes, on the same fixed-price terms as clients in Vietnam. We work in English, including all documentation; you pay in US dollars by international bank transfer (SWIFT) and each installment is invoiced as an export of services. We overlap 2-4 hours with your working day and hold a weekly progress meeting at a fixed time; the governing law of the contract is agreed per project.
No. The engineering team works from our office in Hanoi, and you deal directly with the engineers writing your code, and with the founder when needed.
